At VWF, process control is at the heart of our quality efforts.  Relentless scrutiny at every stage of manufacture help us to adhere to and even exceed customer requirements.  From raw materials to finished products, the process at VWF incorporates 60 separate tests, right from grain structure analysis to checking our finished products under actual field conditions.
 
Our raw materials are sourced from world leaders in the lighting industry such as GE - USA, Osram - Germany, Nippon Tungsten - Japan and Plansee - Austria.  VWF is the only company in the Indian lighting industry to have an in-house research and development wing that is recognized by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.   This enables us to understand and develop products for specific customer needs as well as conduct reliable process R & D.
